Recently, the R&D team of Hefei Shenbi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. broke through the foreign technology monopoly and continuously iteratively created the country's first gene-edited high-brightness self-luminous plant at night through gene editing technology and other means, which will be used in landscaping and other fields in the future.
The R&D team of the Shenbi Biosynthetic Biology Department has gone through 532 technology iterations. Through in-depth exploration of plant gene editing and detailed excavation of plant gene pathway branches, and using cutting-edge machine learning optimization technology, it has achieved an evolutionary leap in the targeted genetic modification of plants and the enzymatic structure. Successfully integrated and transformed more than 20 endogenous and heterologous genes to create the first high-brightness autonomous luminous plant in China. Its brightness far exceeds existing international standards and is dazzling.
