Job responsibilities
-Responsible for vector construction work, proficient in using gene amplification, T4 ligation, Gibson, In-fusion, Golden Gate and other technical methods to complete vector design and construction;
-Carry out the establishment and optimization of a plant tissue culture system, covering key steps such as dedifferentiation, redifferentiation, and seedling establishment, and apply it to plastid transformation research;
- Use gene gun and other technologies to carry out plastid transformation to obtain tissue culture seedlings, and explore the application potential of plastid transformation in the fields of plant synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, stress resistance breeding and other fields;
-Carry out experimental design and operation independently, have strong ability to analyze and solve scientific research problems, and be able to efficiently access and integrate relevant professional materials;
-Have good execution and pressure resistance, and can actively cooperate with the team to promote project progress.

Qualifications
-Master's degree or above, relevant professional background in molecular biology, plant biotechnology, synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, bioengineering, etc.;
- Proficient in vector construction technology (such as Gibson, Golden Gate, etc.) and the entire process operation of plant tissue culture;
- Candidates with practical experience in gene gun-mediated plastid transformation will be given priority. ;
-Be proficient in using bioinformatics and data analysis software such as SnapGene, GraphPad, SPSS, ImageJ, etc., as well as Office software;
-Have strong independent learning ability, teamwork spirit and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and can adapt to the fast-paced R&D environment.

Bonus points
-Have experience in plant synthetic biology, metabolic engineering or stress-resistant breeding and other related projects;
- Applicants with cross-field research background or industrialization practical experience will be given priority.
