Job responsibilities
-Responsible for the aseptic operation techniques of plant tissue culture, including explant disinfection, inoculation, subculture and other processes;
-Can independently complete the design and optimization of plant culture medium formula (such as hormone ratio, screening concentration, etc.), and establish an efficient tissue culture and propagation system;
-Develop a tissue culture system suitable for plant genetic transformation (transgenic), including key technologies such as callus induction, Agrobacterium co-culture and transformed plant screening;
-Assist in carrying out molecular biology experiments: plant DNA extraction, PCR detection, Agrobacterium culture and plasmid transformation, etc. (this part is a bonus);
-Record experimental data and write R&D reports.
Job requirements
- Proficient in the entire process of plant tissue culture technology, and able to independently design and optimize tissue culture plans (this is a must);
- Those who are familiar with the development of tissue culture systems and have experience in Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation are preferred (this is a must);
- Those who have mastered the basic techniques of molecular biology: DNA extraction, PCR amplification, gel electrophoresis and other techniques will be given priority (this is a bonus);
core competencies
-Have the ability to conduct independent research and solve technical problems through literature research and experimental verification;
- Proficient in using Office, strict and standardized experimental records;
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to the laboratory environment, and able to accept periodic overtime work.
Remark
1. Molecular biology technical requirements are not required, but those with relevant experience will be given priority and this is a bonus;
2. The submitted resume must be attached with a description of the tissue culture research and development case (such as plant species, technical difficulties and solutions), which is a bonus.
