Li Renhan, male, Han nationality, born in November 1996, holds a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the chairman and chief technical expert of Beijing Shenbi Dongsheng Technology Co., Ltd.

Comrade Li Renhan is mainly engaged in research and industrial application in the field of agricultural science and technology. His core professional directions are synthetic biology and gene editing. He has successfully developed the "Star Firefly Night Flower-the country's first self-luminous plant technology application at night" project with independent intellectual property rights. Focusing on this project, as the first inventor, he applied for a number of core invention patents. By independently constructing a multi-gene collaborative expression system, he significantly improved the luminous intensity and stability of plants. The project won many provincial and ministerial honors such as the Outstanding Entrepreneurship Project of the Ninth Beijing Rural Entrepreneurship Competition and the First Prize of the China International University Student Entrepreneurship Competition.

He actively promoted the company and China Agricultural University to jointly build a "Non-edible Flower Genetic Engineering Innovation Center" to open up channels for the transformation of results and build an interdisciplinary talent team covering areas such as synthetic biology and cultural tourism operations. In 2025, he will be awarded the title of "Young Pioneer of Rural Revitalization in the Capital".
